Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Albany Airport - Wolf Road, An Ihg Hotel, Albany

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were modern and newly decorated, equipped with plenty of conveniences like electrical outlets and a long bench for luggage, and they were kept very clean by the friendly staff. The spacious layout was a plus, but it fell short compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels we usually visit.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small but could accommodate a group of six comfortably. The price was significantly lower than booking elsewhere but the room was affected by bright streetlamp lighting from the parking lot.

On the bright side, the service was exceptional with quick responses to emergencies and friendly staff. The location was convenient, right across the street from a mall and good restaurants, but could use some quality improvements considering the price. Dining options were satisfactory with a good selection, and the facilities met basic needs with nothing overly remarkable.
